Hola, saludos desde Singapur. Gracias por orar por el día de hoy. Fue un día largo, pero aquí estamos.
El viaje fue muy bien. Alondra durmió todo el tiempo y llegó perfecta. Del aeropuerto nos fuimos directamente al hospital, donde vimos al cardiólogo. Después de hacerle varios estudios, nos compartió su diganóstico y las opciones que tenemos. Por lo complejo del caso, no es posible hacer una sola operación que solucione todo, por lo que vamos a hacer una operación ahora que es una solución temporal hasta cuando Alondra sea mas grande. Alondra va a necesitar varias operaciones a lo largo de su vida, pero si todo va bien va a poder vivir normalmente. El médico estaba sorprendido de lo bien que está Alondra, considerando todas las cosas que no funcionan bien en su corazón.
Mañana tenemos que ver a otro médico, que le va a dar una medicación hasta que podamos hacer la cirugía. El cirujano que queremos que opere a Alondra está hoy en otro país, así que tentativamente la operación se va a hacer el lunes que viene.
Les pedimos que oren por:
- Que el Señor acomode todos los detalles para que podamos hacer la operación.
- Que Alondra siga bien y responda bien a la medicación.
- Que podamos reponer fuerzas.
- Por Timo, que le están costando todos estos cambios, pero que a la vez lo van a hacer crecer!

En todo vemos la mano de Dios respondiendo a sus oraciones. Él Señor va proveyendo lo que necesitamos en el momento justo. Sigan orando!

Greetings from Singapore! And thanks for praying for us today. It has been a very long day, but here we are.
Our trip here was very good. Alondra did great and arrived well. From the airport we went straight to the hospital, were we saw the cardiologist. He took a long time examining Alondra and then explaining us what the options are. Because Alondra's case is so complex, the best option for her now is to have a surgery that will enable her to have more oxygenated blood in her lungs, until she grows up a bit, maybe till she is 3 or 4, and she can have another type of surgery. Alondra is going to need a series of surgeries during her life, but has good chances of growing up well. The doctor was surprised at how well she is doing, considering the condition of her heart.
We are going to see another doctor tomorrow who is going to give Alondra some medication till she can have surgery. Since the surgeon is outside of the country at the moment, the soonest we can schedule the operation is on Monday.
Please pray:
- That the Lord will make all things come together for the surgery.
- That Alondra will continue to do well, and will be ok with the medication.
- That the Lord will give us strength
- For Timo, as he is struggling with all these chances, and also growing quite a bit.

In all we see God's hand going before us and answering your prayers. He provides what we need, just when we need it. Please keep praying!
