Por favor oren por nuestra hijita Alondra. Desde ayer que está en el hospital preparándose para que la operaran mañana. Pero hoy tuvo fiebre muy alta y los doctores están investigando si puede ser una infección. Mañana vamos a saber un poco más, pero de ser una infección, puede que tarden varios días en averiguar qué es. Mañana también vamos a evaluar con los médicos qué hacer. Es peligroso operar si hay una infección, pero también es peligroso no operarla.

Oren también por la Dr. Tan, la anestesista. Tiene fiebre también y se está haciendo unos estudios. Es la anestesista que nos gustaría que estuviera en la operación de Alondra. Oren para que no tenga nada grave y se recupere pronto.

Gracias por orar por Alondra. Dios nos la prestó, ella es suya. Pero quisiéramos tenerla con nosotros por mucho tiempo más. Hoy le cantamos una y otra vez: "Aquel que la buena obra empezó, será fiel en completarla en tí." Sabemos que él lo va a hacer y le damos gracias por ello.

Please pray for our little girl. She was admitted to the hospital yesterday in preparations for surgery tomorrow. But this afternoon she developed a high fever and doctors are now testing for infections. We will have some more news tomorrow, but if it is an infection it will take days to find out what it is. Meanwhile, surgery had to be postponed. Since the surgery is pretty urgent too, we will need to decide together with the doctors what will be best to do. Having an operation with an infection is very dangerous. Not having the operation is dangerous as well.

Please also pray for Dr. Tan, the anesthetist. She also has a fever and is being tested. She is a very important part of the medical team and we would like for her to be at the surgery. Pray she will not have anything serious and will get well soon.

So, please pray for the life of our little one. God gave her to us, we know she belongs to Him. But how we want to have her home with us! Today we sang to her again and again, "He who began a good work in you, will be faithful to complete it." We believe He will, and we praise Him for it.
